Welcome to EasyDMARC’s May 2025 release notes. Last month, our product and development teams worked hard to provide you with new functionalities and improvements that will enhance your experience of using the EasyDMARC platform.

What have we added?

• [For MSPs] Autotask PSA Integration – Our Integrations Family is now even bigger! This time, we added an integration with Autotask PSA. You can find more information on our blog.
• [eBook] Our new industry ebook, “Email Security for Financial and Payment Organizations”, is now live. You can download it here.
• [eBook] Our second new industry ebook, “State of DMARC Adoption in the Insurance Sector,” is also available to download.
• [eBook] Our third new industry ebook, “DMARC Adoption in Healthcare,” is also live and can be downloaded here.
• [Report] The “EasyDMARC 2025 DMARC Adoption Report” has been launched. You can access our findings on this page. 

What have we improved?

• [For MSPs] ConnectWise PSA Integration – We adjusted the way the platform handles ‘Effective Date’ as follows:

  • If the Agreement is not invoiced (the next invoice date is in the past), we set the effective date as the first day of the next month and update it each day until it is invoiced.
  • If the Agreement is invoiced (the next invoice date is in the future), we set the effective date as the next Invoice Date and update it each day until that date.
• [For MSPs] HaloPSA – When changing Subscriptions naming from Default to Custom or Custom to Default, all existing subscriptions are now updated accordingly.

What have we fixed?  

• We have released various small fixes across the platform, which may not be immediately apparent, but will definitely improve your overall experience with our platform.
